Your apprenticeship at Gothaer

During your three-year apprenticeship in various Gothaer agencies in your region, you will learn about the daily life of an agency, holistic customer consultation, and our range of products and how to apply them

You will learn how to acquire and advise customers, create individual offers, and process contract data to ensure long-term customer satisfaction

We will show you how to assess individual risks and create suitable insurance packages

During your apprenticeship, you will experience hands-on practice. You will be accompanied by a strong team of fellow apprentices, colleagues, and trainers who will support you and answer any questions you may have
