    Position Purpose: Evaluate data and insights from extensive and integrated data sets to enable data-driven decision making to reduce overall cost of care and improve clinical outcomes for members. Work collaboratively with key business stakeholders to identify areas of value, develop solutions, and deliver insights.
    • Support business initiatives through data analysis, identification of implementation barriers, and development of documentation and project planning
    • Perform detailed analysis on assigned projects, recommend potential business solutions and assist with implementation
    • Identify ways to enhance performance management and operational reports
    • Support identification of and incorporate organizational best practices into business applications and processes
    • Lead problem solving and coordination efforts between various business units
    • Assist with formulating and updating departmental policies and procedures
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned functions, products, or analytic domains in support of strategic objectives
    • Provide process and requirements guidance to junior analysts
    • Performs other duties as assigned
    • Complies with all policies and standards
    • Working closely with internal stakeholders to understand in-flight MX work and ensure a consistent and seamless experience across all member channels
    • Leading cross functional workgroups to identify and address key drivers of member experience that increase member loyalty and satisfaction
    • Analyzing member feedback and insights to identify trends, predict member needs, and innovate upon existing experience touchpoints
    • Tracking and reporting on success metrics for member experience initiatives which also includes development of business cases, use cases, and KPIs for each initiative
    • Staying abreast of industry and non-industry trends in member experience
    Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, public health, health informatics, healthcare administration, finance or related field or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred. 4+ years of experience in business process, data analysis, or requirements analysis. Healthcare, analytics delivery, project management, and/or IT experience preferred.

    Additional Preferred Qualifications:

    Minimum 5 years experience in healthcare payor space in a member experience or marketing/communications role. Minimum 5 years' experience of project management skills demonstrating the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Deep understanding of the ACA landscape including regulatory/compliance requirements that could impact member interactions. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to identify trends.

    Knowledge and use of MX design tools including Figma, Miro or other UI/UX software tools. Microsoft suite proficiency specifically with a high level of expertise in PPT development. Empathy and genuine passion to improve the experience of our Ambetter Health member journey.

    Pay Range: $67, $121,300.00 per year

    Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
