We are currently seeking a full-time

CUSTOMER ADVISOR (M/F/D)

to join our team at our lounge in Hamburg as soon as possible.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for coordinating and conducting personal customer appointments for the delivery of luxury watches at our CHRONEXT Lounge in Hamburg
You will advise our new and existing customers on their dream watch
You will manage our operational processes in our CHRONEXT Lounge and ensure a smooth workflow (e.g. ordering and being the point of contact for onsite facilities)
You will proactively communicate with relevant operational interface teams
