Sales Support Representative (m/f/d), Day Shift

Your responsibilities:

  • Managing existing customers
  • Establishing (new) customer relationships
  • Handling export markets and creating export documents
  • Evaluating the technical and economic feasibility of inquiries and orders
  • Creating quotes and managing orders until invoicing
  • Close collaboration with the external sales team

Your profile:

  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of French is desirable
  • Preferably a commercial education
  • Basic technical understanding and willingness to further develop it
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience with an ERP program, such as SAP Business One, is advantageous.
