For our client, an international company in the field of fastening technology based in Munich, we are currently looking for a full-time Recruiter (m/f/d) to join their team in Narberth, PA.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • You will be in close communication with management and various departments
  • You will define job requirements and coordinate the recruiting process accordingly
  • You will develop efficient recruiting strategies, measures, and channels and manage the respective processes
  • You will utilize social media tools to directly approach candidates
  • Creating job advertisements, systematically selecting candidates, and developing a candidate pool will be part of your daily tasks
  • You will conduct interviews with candidates and ensure a smooth application process
  • You will support candidates from contract signing to the end of the onboarding process
  • Planning and organizing recruiting events, as well as employee training and development, will also be part of your responsibilities
  • Managing the candidate pool and personnel data in a meticulous and responsible manner
  • Contributing to employer branding and supporting daily operations

Your qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training or a degree in a businessrelated field
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruiting
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Independent and meticulous work style with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a handson mentality
  • Your solutionoriented and serviceoriented approach completes your profile
