At our Diakonie station in Gräfenberg, we offer tailored outpatient care: Together with the family doctors, relatives, and the wishes of our clients, we plan individually tailored services.

Our catchment area is the so-called Oberland, which mainly includes the southeastern part of the Forchheim district.

Gräfenberg has a good infrastructure, is located directly on the B2 (Nuremberg-Bayreuth), and is connected to the local public transport network to Nuremberg via the Gräfenberg railway.

YOUR TASKS

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a qualified nursing professional (m/f/d) with a corresponding 3-year education as well as a nursing assistant (m/f/d) with a 1-year education in a nursing or healthcare profession, starting at the earliest possible date.
