Join the dynamic team at Stratus, a pioneering water company nestled in the heart of Santa Barbara We're on the lookout for a part-time Service Technician to assist in the setup of our cutting-edge water coolers at our headquarters, followed by their seamless deployment and maintenance at customer sites across Santa Barbara.


No prior water filtration or plumbing experience? No problem Our innovative machines extract pure water from the air and are a breeze to set up—all they require is a simple plug-in.

As long as you're mechanically inclined and capable of maneuvering water coolers, we'll provide the necessary training.

As a Service Technician, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service and support to our valued customers


This hands-on role encompasses:

  • Conducting field service operations and routine maintenance
  • Expertly diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Performing repairs and ensuring optimal functionality of our machines
  • Collaborating closely with customers to tailor solutions to their unique needs, all while delivering topnotch customer service
  • Maintaining accurate service records and completing detailed service reports

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Exceptional problemsolving abilities coupled with a keen eye for detail
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a knack for effective communication
  • Ability to work autonomously or within a team environment
