Description
We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent to join our team.

As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to clients, assessing their needs, and ensuring they have the appropriate coverage.


Responsibilities:


  • Market and sell various types of insurance policies to potential clients
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
  • Analyze clients' current insurance policies and suggest additions or changes
  • Negotiate policy terms and premiums with insurance providers on behalf of clients
  • Maintain accurate records of policies and client interactions
  • Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and expand the client base
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements:


  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and identifying client needs
  • Familiarity with sales administration processes
  • Must have a valid P&C license
  • At least 6months to 1 year of experience

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
