Starting on July 1, 2024, we are looking to fill the full-time position of a Technical Clerk (m/f/d) for Property Drainage in Department

Roads and Sewers.

Your tasks will include:
Review and processing of drainage applications in accordance with the city's drainage regulations, if necessary including review of flood proofing according to DIN, monitoring and control of wastewater facilities for property drainage, monitoring and control of indirect dischargers, consultation on property drainage (e.g. options for wastewater development, rainwater management on the property), participation in the updating of the city's drainage regulations, participation in water law procedures, participation in drainage concepts in urban planning, participation in the development of a heavy rain consultation for property owners.

Our requirements:

Completed training as a master or technician in the fields of wastewater, plumbing, civil engineering or a comparable field.

Alternatively, you have a technical education with a willingness to further educate yourself, ideally several years of professional experience in the planning and execution of drainage systems or wastewater treatment plants, application and knowledge of relevant legal and administrative regulations, in particular the Water Resources
