Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule meetings and client appointments.
• Transcribe audio recordings of field notes and prepare reports
• Maintain and organize physical and electronic files and records
• Assist with order entry and data entry tasks
• Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Assist with event planning and coordination
• Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

Experience:

• Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
• Proficiency in typing and computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with AutoCad and GIS software is a plus
• Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and scanners
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
