What you'll be doing as a Certified Home Health Aide:
- Provide personal care and light housekeeping services to terminally ill patients in the home, nursing facility, inpatient units, or other environments where the Hospice patient resides in accordance with an established plan of care and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
What we're looking for:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
- A valid Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required.
- Access to reliable transportation.
Physical Requirements:
Position requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, pushing/pulling, kneeling, squatting, reaching and twisting.
Also required is driving, writing, speaking, relating to others, making independent decisions, listening and finger dexterity as well as the ability to lift and carry.
