Salary:
$22-$24/hour, based on experience.


Schedule:
Sunday-Thursday. Sunday - 7:00 am - 3:00 pm Monday - 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm Tuesday - 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm Wednesday - 11:00 pm - 7:00 am Thursday - 11:00 pm - 7:00 am


Job Overview:

As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service to our residents, allowing us to deliver on our resident commitments of exceptional move-in, total satisfaction, express service, and personal attention.

Each day will be unique, requiring an ability to prioritize, multitask, think creatively, take initiative, and employ a diverse set of skills.

A Concierge brings positive energy to each conversation, resolves any apartment concerns quickly and effectively, and makes everyone feel welcome and appreciated.


  • Provide superior customer service
  • Communicate effectively with community members, guests, visitors, and team members
  • Communicate concerns of the community with community leadership
  • Present an appearance appropriate to the image of Trinity Property Consultants
  • Serve as a rolemodel by following all policies and procedures
  • Ensure that all work has been completed in a prompt and professional manner
  • Clerical and phone support
  • Remove trash from lobby, amenity areas, and other community spaces daily
  • Assist community team and/or perform assigned tasks in a timely manner
  • Maintain a calendar of scheduled moveins and moveouts, ensuring all freight elevator reservations are uptodate
  • Demonstrate ability to resolve resident complaints and direct pertinent issues and matters to the community leadership
  • Management of incoming and outgoing packages for all carriers
  • Additional tasks or duties assigned by Supervisor

Special Requirements:


Physical Demands:

  • The team member will be regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach using feet, legs, back, arms and hands. The employee may occasionally be required to climb. Specific vision requirements include the ability to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee will be required to walk for extended periods of time. Must possess the ability to detect auditory and/or visual alarms and be available to work extended/flexible hours and weekends as needed.

Attendance/Travel:

  • This position is a fulltime position and may require the availability to work some nights, weekends, and occasional holidays. Regular attendance and active participation/planning at company functions and events.

Essential Functions:

  • Demonstrate ability to perform skills for communicating with residents, team members, and management
  • Demonstrate ability to contribute to a team approach of serving residents and maintaining a successful community
  • Comply with expectations as demonstrated in the employee handbook
  • Remove trash from office areas and apartment buildings daily
  • Maintain resident coffee and refreshment stations
  • Responsible for reporting unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or Community Managers
  • Handle high stress situations effectively
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Administrative and organizational skills
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize wisely
  • Knowledge of state law as it relates to Fair Housing

Qualifications:


Computer Skills:

  • Intermediate computer and internet knowledge
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Preferred knowledge of the following software programs: Entrata, Outlook

Learning and Development:

  • Maintain a commitment to ongoing professional development and career growth through our company's continuing education programs.

Education:


  • High school education or equivalent is required
  • Ability to fluently read and write English, accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions and use all onsite resident management software functions

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum of one year as a Leasing Consultant or Concierge in the Multi-Fam
