III:

Shift starts at 5:00AM until 8 hrs or 12hrs with OTPay is $21.00 an hourRegularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.

Frequently stand and walk. Sitting, using hands to lift or move, reaching with hands and arms.
Work in either a refrigerated or unconditioned environment.

Stay up-to-date on all Computer Based Training (CBT)Follow the Company's Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements, and Code of Ethics, as well as all material handling, dock and security safety.

Comprehend and follow verbal instructions, written short correspondence and memos. Effectively present information in writing, one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.

Add and subtract two digit numbers and multiply and divide with 10's and 100's using units of American money, weight, volume and distance.

Maintain a valid forklift license.
Participation in daily, weekly and quarterly inventory counts, as assigned.
Use only equipment assigned by your supervisor.
Perform daily equipment inspections on all equipment that is used reporting any defects to your supervisor.
Clean and organize area and equipment daily.
Pick all products in First In First Out (FIFO) rotation.

Assigned to one or more of the following areas and responsibilities:

Finished GoodsPick, stage and wrap accurate orders with no damagesMeet or exceed department cases per hour Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targetArrange product with dates legible and within allowable shipment requirementsStock and rotate finished and manufactured resale product.

Make sure receipt matches productPackaging / Raw Material WarehousePick and stage packaging supplies accurately for production with no errorsComplete all pick sheets with the required informationStage all material to ensure no downtime in productionReturn all unused material to the correct storage locationTake samples of all new or revised labels to Quality Assurance (QA) for approvalTake all daily parcel deliveries to the addressed recipient (packaging warehouse only)Take recyclable material to its designated areaAdditional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by a Lead and/or Supervisor.

Level V:
All responsibilities listed at Level IIIDownload, start and perform daily workload in the absence of a Lead or SupervisorReview warehouse to ensure FIFO is being followed making corrections as neededDemonstrated ability to perform and train other employees in all 3 areas of the Warehouses (Finished Goods, Packaging and Raw Material Warehouses)
