We are looking for a 'Brand Ambassador for a skincare/makeup brand in full-time or part-time for various locations in Germany, both permanent and temporary positions available in Fort Calhoun, NE.

Do you want to be the face of the 6th largest brand in the selective beauty segment? Are your strengths empathy and a service-oriented mindset? If so, we are excited to get to know you and invite you for a trial work day


Responsibilities:

  • Representing the brand to our end consumers
  • Providing expert advice to end consumers and acquiring new customers
  • Building and maintaining a loyal customer base through customer loyalty programs
  • Offering and performing short treatments
  • Implementing sales promotions and conducting promotions
  • Coordinating and implementing secondary placements
  • Restocking products and ensuring an attractive presentation of our products at the counter
  • Performing administrative tasks such as inventory control and reporting sales figures to management on a regular basis

Qualifications:

  • A talent for makeup and skincare in practice and sales
  • Strong sales skills with a heart and confidence
  • A strong service mindset and a high affinity for luxury and luxury products
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Confident and professional demeanor
  • Enthusiasm and creativity
  • Ability to take initiative
  • High level of customer orientation and service
  • Enjoy working in a team
  • Observing the brand environment (bench marketing) and reporting
  • Cosmetologist training
