- Analyze financial data and create financial will include variance and costs
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders
- Support financial budgeting and forecasting to streamline business planning and decision-making processes
- Develop and maintain financial performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of business operations
- Identify and recommend strategies to improve financial performance and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and projects
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior financial analysts
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and reporting
- Perform ad hoc analysis as necessary
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or related field
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and other financial software
- Macros, Power BI, Tableau, Power Pivot, SQL, Access and/or related software systems preferred
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation preferred
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
