Job Description Our Talent Acquisition team is expandingWe are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about recruiting and facilitating university relations and internship programs.

This is an excellent opportunity for an agency recruiter looking to gain corporate experience or a Talent Acquisition Specialist who has experience working in a professional services company.

What you will be doing:
Talent Sourcing and RecruitmentFull-cycle recruiting for entry level and corporate roles includingjob postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiationCollaborate with hiring managers and the TA team to identify staffing needs, job requirements, and candidate profiles for various positionsCompose and post compelling jobopenings to attract candidates on job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and other channelsConduct thorough interviews and assessments of candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit, documenting results in the ATSBuild and maintain a strong candidate pool by proactively networking and engaging with potential candidatesUniversity and Intern Program ManagementCoordinate and attendcareer fairs and campus recruitment eventsDevelop and maintain relationships with university representatives and professional associations to increase engagement with practice staffAdminister new hire backrgound check processQualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field2+ years of professional work experience as a Recruiter or similar role, preferably in professional servicesor agency settingWorking knowledge of talent acquisition,sourcing techniques, and recruitment best practicesExperience conducting interviews, assessing candidates, and evaluating their qualifications and cultural fitProficiency with MS Office Suite, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other recruitment tools (Workday and SmartRecruiters preferred)Prior experience utilizing LinkedIn to source candidates requiredPrior experience composing job ads for social media preferredExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal in English

Spanish fluency a plusAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment resourcesExceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesAbility to travel locally and nationally up to 10%, overnight travel is expected at timesAdditional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
