Job Description

Seeking someone that wants to get promoted to a Senior Management position in less than 2 years. We need a chemistry focused driven engineer.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES.

Ø Investigate and resolve production issues.

Ø Lead process improvement projects.

Ø Develop training programs for plant supervisors and operators.

Ø Monitor production yields and conduct mass balances.

Ø Utilize statistical tools for process control.

Ø Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Ø Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Statistical Quality Control (SQC) tools to ensure process stability and product quality.

Ø Assist in the training and development of Plant Supervisors and Operators, contributing to the creation and enhancement of Training Plan

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

v Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field

v Must have 3+ years of Chemical Process manufacturing engineering experience chemical process equipment experience and some Project management experience.

v 2+ Years Experience with MOC/CAPA process

v Seeking a Chemical Process Engineer with a passion for optimizing production processes and chemical reactions

v Strong problem-solving skills

v Experience in project management and quality standards.

v Familiarity with chemical unit operations and investigations

v OP development experience

v Proficiency in statistical process control

v Knowledge of exothermic reactions and vacuum drying

v Mechanical aptitude
