Check customers in and out.- First point of contact online, inperson, and by phone.
- Answer questions regarding services and pricing.
- Schedule appointments.
- Complete cash, check, and card transactions.
- Complete customer final inspections when technicians are unavailable.
- Assess customers' vehicles prior to service if technicians are unavailable.
- Recommend services based on assessment.
- Maintain a clean lobby and stock/order/purchase office and lobby supplies.
- Clerical support for management.
- Honesty and discretion.

- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.

- Possess basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and data entry.
