Description
Check customers in and out.

  • First point of contact online, inperson, and by phone.
  • Answer questions regarding services and pricing.
  • Schedule appointments.
  • Complete cash, check, and card transactions.
  • Complete customer final inspections when technicians are unavailable.
  • Assess customers' vehicles prior to service if technicians are unavailable.
  • Recommend services based on assessment.
  • Maintain a clean lobby and stock/order/purchase office and lobby supplies.
  • Clerical support for management.
Experience, Skills, Education.

  • Honesty and discretion.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • Efficient time management.
  • Possess basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and data entry.
  • Comfortable using a smart phone.
