Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Material Handler to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining the orderly production and distribution of our products.


Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:
Pull and verify materials and supplies listed on production orders. Maintain in-process inventory by delivering materials to work centers and documenting their locations. Identify, label, and record materials in stock.

Order Fulfillment:
Ensure accurate pulling of orders from inventory. Prepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, packing, loading, and securing products. Document product shipments and record units shipped.

Material Handling:
Load and unload materials from trucks and pallets. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items as needed. Perform general housekeeping to maintain cleanliness in loading areas and around machinery.

Safety and Compliance:
Conduct pre-use inspections of material-handling equipment and perform minor operator repairs. Adhere to workplace safety regulations and procedures.


Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.

Previous experience in stock or inventory management is a plus.

Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks.

Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand or walk for extended periods.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay:
$ $22.28 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
