Office Assistant (m/f/d) wanted for 20-30 hours/week in Frohna, MO

Your main tasks include membership and association management, tasks related to event organization, as well as supporting the executive chairperson, such as:

  • Communication and coordination within the main and volunteer team
  • Preparation for conference participation
  • Answering/forwarding phone calls
  • Other office organization and shipping tasks
in the association program SEWOBE

  • Membership management (address management, mailings, health data)
  • Support in financial accounting (donation receipts, invoices)
  • Organization of inperson and online events (researching conference locations, participant management, pre and postevent preparation)
Your profile

  • Experience in organization and office work
  • Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • No hesitation in working with association management programs, databases, and various media
  • Enjoyment of communication and teamwork
  • Empathetic handling of inquiries from members/interested parties and patients; forwarding to the responsible contact persons in the team


Ideally, you are already familiar with working in a non-profit organization and are familiar with the specificities of managing an association.
