Description
Office Assistant (m/f/d) wanted for 20-30 hours/week in Frohna, MOYour main tasks include membership and association management, tasks related to event organization, as well as supporting the executive chairperson, such as:
- Communication and coordination within the main and volunteer team
- Preparation for conference participation
- Answering/forwarding phone calls
- Other office organization and shipping tasks
- Membership management (address management, mailings, health data)
- Support in financial accounting (donation receipts, invoices)
- Organization of inperson and online events (researching conference locations, participant management, pre and postevent preparation)
- Experience in organization and office work
- Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- No hesitation in working with association management programs, databases, and various media
- Enjoyment of communication and teamwork
- Empathetic handling of inquiries from members/interested parties and patients; forwarding to the responsible contact persons in the team
Ideally, you are already familiar with working in a non-profit organization and are familiar with the specificities of managing an association.
