Are you passionate about helping people thrive in their careers? We're looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at our south Austin, Texas location.

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our HR function, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent support to our employees and managers.


Key Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Assist hiring managers with applicant prescreening, interviews, and documentation.
  • Create success profiles, job descriptions, and post job openings.
  • Assist with building and maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS) and assigning training.
  • Maintain employee records in HRIS and assist with document audits and file maintenance.
  • Assist with annual benefit open enrollments and engagement survey activities.
  • Create HR communications and assist employees with general HR inquiries.
  • Serve as backup for critical HR functions, including payroll processing.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Administrator or Coordinator.
  • Working understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Degree or certificate in HR or related field preferred.
  • Ability to work autonomously and efficiently.
  • Proficiency with HR software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Suite.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, highstress environment.
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:


  • Ability to sit for long periods working on a computer.
  • Occasional lifting up to 15 pounds.
  • Ability to travel within major markets of Texas as needed.
