General Summary
This position reports to the Director of Sales for the DACH region and works closely with the Internal Sales and Technical Sales teams to drive the overall business strategy of the company. The main responsibilities include developing and executing sales plans and strategies to increase revenue, market share, and establish the company as a key supplier to customers in the region.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer activities within the designated region, in collaboration with the Technical & Product Solutions Manager and Internal Sales Representatives, to introduce Rochester Electronics products and expand the customer portfolio according to the agreed business development plan.
- Identify target customers, build relationships, and develop strategies using available resources to grow the account base in the specified region.
- Generate leads, qualify business opportunities, and deliver business presentations.
- Accurately and timely forecast new business opportunities and revenue for the region.
- Ensure daily use and maintenance of CRM.
- Provide effective communication and service to customers and effectively navigate internally to prioritize active business opportunities.
- Travel within the assigned region is expected to be at least 50%.
