Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product listings on various ecommerce platforms
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional strategies
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in ecommerce
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms and marketplaces
- Experience in customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues
- Proficiency in pointofsale (POS) systems for processing transactions
- Technical sales skills to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Ability to sell products online, utilizing persuasive techniques and effective product descriptions
- Experience in wireless sales or retail sales is a plus
- Solid understanding of retail math, including pricing, discounts, and profit margins
- Multilingual skills are a bonus, as it allows for better communication with diverse customer base
