Job Summary
The Director of Development and Marketing is responsible for overseeing both the Development and Marketing functions of Compass for Kids.+
- This Development and Marketing Professional needs to be an excellent, experienced supervisor and able to successfully hold people accountable for meeting their deadlines and goals.
- The successful candidate will be highly organized and have a blend of 'big picture' oversight skills and paying attention to small details that matter for quality.
