    WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

    • Event support in a variety of capacities throughout the venue.
    • Provide stellar customer service with a smile.
    • Assist patrons by giving directions to places inside or outside the venue.
    • Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, guests, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security and safety of the premises.
    • Assist with keeping the venue safe, clean, and presentable to the guests.
    • Guide guests to exits or provide other instructions or assistance in an emergency.
    • Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent the passage of prohibited. articles into restricted areas. Perform bag searches.
    • Assist guests with special needs, such as helping with seat accommodations.
    • Examine tickets for entry to various seat levels around the venue during the event and assist guests with locating their seats. Help maintain clear aisles and inform guests of venue policies as needed.
    • Greet guests, providing stellar customer service with a smile and, scan tickets upon entry to the venue, answer guest questions, and alert guests of venue policies as needed.
    • Additional tasks as requested by the Supervisor or Management.
    • This role is part-time and seasonal and requires evening and weekend availability.
    • Identifying any hazard or potential situation before it arises
    • Must be willing to learn multiple positions within the venue.
    WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
    • Must be 18 years of age.
    • At least 1+ years in a guest service role preferred.
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy
    • Good working knowledge of security operations, safety practices in an entertainment environment, and enforcement procedures.
    • Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance.
    • Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting, and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
