Required to check day-by-day payments received from students (review receipts, count cash, review checks received for correct information, and review payments received by credit cards to assure accuracy)- Batching payments and closing out daily batches
- Entering student payments into QuickBooks
- Prepare all cash/checks received along with deposit slip
- Collecting and sorting receipts for credit card expenses
- Entering credit card expense payments into QuickBooks
- Keep track of inventory and supplies, take supply requests and complete necessary ordering for office supplies only
- Assist in updating student files while in collections to reflect any payments received, Monthly collection reports
- Financial procedure for invoicing private courses and seminars
- File paperwork, private class folders, and expenses into appropriate vendor folder
- File paperwork into consultant folders
- Review bank accounts daily to make sure they reflect correct amounts deposited from Square and government agencies.
- Assist Director of Finance with any and all daily tasks when needed
- Monthly preparation for reconciliation (bank statements, all student payments)
- Neo Post funds
- When required attends scheduled meetings and events pertaining to BPSS as scheduled by New York State BPSS, and also by the Coalition of New York State Career schools
Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Ability to Relocate:
