Job Summary

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Handle all inbound consumer warranty/ecommerce sales calls
Resolve written and electronic communications
Process daily Consumer return paperwork in Consumer database

Additional Duties and Responsibilities (time off phones)

Process Consumer Checks received
Weekly
Process Chargebacks
Team Product Training as needed
Resolve escalated calls/Backup for Manager
Resolve Team product questions as needed

Daily Duties

Web Orders on Hold
Accept or Reject
Respond to Amazon/Bazaarvoice reviews
Respond to Amazon/Bazaarvoice Q&A's
Process Warranty Macro/Backup for Manager

Education and Experience Profile

Bachelor's Degree or 24 prior customer service/contact experience, or equivalent relevant experience.

Required Skills:

Excellent telephone and communication skills (both oral and written).
Organizational skills.
Computer and typing skills averaging 40wpm.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic work environment.

Work Environment
Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
