  • OBJECTIVE:_
  • The HR Generalist is responsible for managing and implementing various HR functions to support the organization's goals and objectives. This role involves handling diverse HR tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance._
  • ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:_
  • Coordinate training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees._
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with managers to implement appropriate development initiatives._
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations._
  • Update and maintain HR policies and procedures, communicating changes to employees as necessary._
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations._
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and necessary paperwork._
  • Participate in and assist with HR projects, such as process improvements, policy updates, and HR system implementations._
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture._
  • Works under the direction of the Human Resources Director_
  • Prepare regular reports for the Human Resources Director on key HR indicators._
  • Facilitate effective communication between employees and management._
  • Participate in special HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the Human Resources Director._

  • QUALIFICATIONS:_
  • At least two years of human resource experience required._
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills._
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices._
  • Conflict resolution skills._
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail._
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines._
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software._
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations._
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems._
