Little Engines ABA Center provides Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to kids with autism or developmental delays.

We are seeking positive, energetic people to work closely with some of the coolest kids around in one of the most rewarding jobs there is ABA instructors work 1:1 with children on the autism spectrum or with other developmental delays teaching communication, adaptive, and social skills using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.

*MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL to off-site locations including schools and client homes in Lake Charles, Sulphur and Westlake.

ABA experience is not required All training is done in-house.
Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Direct client care in a 1:1 and/or group setting based on the prescribed skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols for each client
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior
• Create and maintain teaching materials as needed
• Other office tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• 18 years of age
• High school diploma
• Valid driver's license
• Background check
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Regular attendance
• Available to work 85 M-F
• CPR certification (paid by Little Engines if not already certified)
• Additional training as needed or required

Pay is hourly with additional performance-based incentives.


Pay:
$ $17.00 per hour
