Description

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops strategic roadmaps and engages business stakeholders to drive alignment and execution of strategies to enhance the digital guest experience


Leads the planning and execution to bring in-store digital pilots and programs to life, including delivery, pickup, loyalty, and kiosk ordering etc.

Oversees the menu execution/optimization, digital operations and provides field/franchisee support across digital channels

Works closely with partners to enhance operational delivery metrics and develop strategies to improve the guest, driver, and team member experience

Collaborates with cross functional partners, including operations, marketing, technology, and development to design and execute strategies, aligning teams to the vision and delivering the timelines against multiple teams and projects

Leverage industry trends and data to continuously define opportunities to enhance the guest experience and optimize the business performance

Performs other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required, assigned, and directed


QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Bachelors degree or equivalent, preferably in Business or Marketing.

Experience 6+ years relevant work experience with digital execution/operations and passion for enhancing the digital guest experience. Preferred background in the QSR/Restaurant or Retail Industry but not required.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

Demonstrate high level of ownership and responsibility for driving business outcomes, with passion for enhancing the guest experience

Experience with project management and execution of digital programs online/in store (ex: delivery, pickup, loyalty, kiosk etc.)

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, and ability to quickly building relationship with key stakeholders

Ability to translate key outcomes initiatives into programs/processes, while comfortable working in fast evolving digital environment

Strong problem solving and analytical skills with proven ability to develop creative solutions to complex business problems

Proven track record with using data to enhance business performance and the guest experience

Proficient with Microsoft Office 365

Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior

Requirements - Ability to speak/hear clearly in person and on the telephone. Ability to travel up to 20% of time as business needs require. Ability to operate a computer keyboard and other required equipment.
