Join us in Labish Village, OR as part of our international team of 80 people.

We are excited to open our new CHRONEXT boutique and are looking for passionate individuals with a love for luxury watches to join our team.

Our mission is to bring transparency, trust, and joy to all watch lovers.

Starting in March 2024, we are offering a full-time position for one year to work with our CHRONEXT team in Munich.

CLIENT ADVISOR (M/W/D) - CHRONEXT BOUTIQUE MUNICH


YOUR ROLE

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute personal customer appointments for luxury watch handovers at our Munich location
  • Represent CHRONEXT alongside our team and provide expert sales advice on our portfolio
  • Ensure smooth operational and administrative processes, including shipping of luxury watches
  • Collaborate with CHRONEXT's operational teams and maintain proactive communication

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed apprenticeship in retail or university degree with at least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or retail
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers make confident purchasing decisions
  • Independent, teamoriented, and diligent work ethic
  • Familiarity with ticketing or CRM systems and fluency in English and German (additional languages are a plus)
  • Passion for luxury watches and creating unforgettable sales experiences
  • Alignment with our business values of ambition, empathy, commitment, service orientation, attentiveness, and an entrepreneurial mindset
