Ability to obtain a Q clearanceImpactAs a Telecommunications Analyst at the EasyIT Group in Los Alamos National Laboratory, you will play a crucial role in providing mobile device support and ensuring seamless communication for both onsite and remote employees.
Your expertise in cellular telecommunication systems and commitment to exceptional customer service will directly contribute to the productivity and connectivity of our workforce.
Responsibilities and Dutiesin-person mobile device support at our EasyIT Storefrontsand support iPhones and iPads for onsite and remote employeestechnical issues involving accounts, cellular devices, or network services in a timely mannerproblems to appropriate technical personnel on behalf of customersdocuments, implement standard operating procedures, and establish customer service guidelines related to mobile deviceseffective customer relationships and provide solutions for service deliveryMinimum Qualificationsor more years of experience in cellular telecommunication systems, methodologies, devices, and processescommunication skills, including the ability to collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers, and explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audienceinterpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, as well as a customer-service mindsetDesired Skillsworking knowledge of cellular telephone applications, security, and data use controlsknowledge of hardware and software integration and testingwith Excel and WordEducation and Experience RequirementsBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experienceIf you are a passionate and experienced Telecommunications Analyst with a commitment to exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at the EasyIT Group in Los Alamos National Laboratory.
