Area Four Industries is an internationally operating group of manufacturers of aluminum and steel structures, as well as electric chain hoists and load measurement systems used in event technology.

At our location in Münster, we are currently looking for a

Technical Writer / Technical Documentation Employee (m/f/d)

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Creating user manuals for end users in English and German
  • Researching, planning and editorially preparing product information and risk assessments in close coordination with product development, product management and marketing
  • Compliance with and further development of prescribed standards for document creation
  • Research and analysis of software used for document creation and its implementation

What you bring:

  • An education as a technical writer or comparable further training or retraining. Self-taught career changers are also welcome.
  • Very good English skills in spoken and written form
  • A high level of initiative and the ability to organize your tasks independently
  • A good technical understanding combined with practical or manual skills and three-dimensional imagination
  • Knowledge of 3D CAD software, preferably Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD
  • Knowledge of graphic and image editing programs such as Photoshop and Illustrator
