Launch 3 Telecom is looking for an Inside Sales Quotation Specialist to join our growing team.

This is a great entry level opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can multitask with accuracy.

In this role, you'll be responsible for communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

You will help troubleshoot sales related issues, create sales estimates and orders, monitor shipments, and aid in managing customer accounts.

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient professional who is detailed-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.

At Launch 3, the environment is fast paced, the workflow is ever changing, and our days are by no means mundane.

Being goal-oriented, organized, and able to manage time well will help you succeed in this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand client needs and offer solutions and support
• Work with procurement team on sourcing out of stock or new product
• Perform data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information
• Create and process orders in a timely manner
• Monitor shipping to ensure orders ship according to schedule
• Familiarize yourself with sales trends & new products
• Develop indepth knowledge of product features and benefits and be able to upsell those products
• Explain and demonstrate features of products and services
• Stay informed about competing products and services

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1+ years' experience in a businessrelated industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Netsuite experience highly preferred, but not required
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively on a team
• Proven strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Proven verbal and written communication skills
• Thrives in fastpaced collaborative environment
• Excellent critical thinking, analytical and problemsolving capabilities
• Selfstarter and able to work independently
• Flexible attitude and ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Highly organized with great attention to detail

Pay:
$45,000.00 per year
