Tasks


Your area of responsibility includes the following focal points:

  • Independent development of projects, from the initial idea to its successful completion.
  • Coordination of all necessary internal and external project and work processes
  • Preparation and control of profitability calculations
  • Quality control, scheduling, and cost compliance of projects
  • Management of the project team
Qualifications


Your profile:


  • Technical degree in civil engineering or architecture or a solid technical education
  • Several years of professional experience as a project manager or project controller
  • Knowledge in the areas of tendering, execution planning, contract management, and construction execution
