SCHEDULE

Roles and Responsibilities:

Ensure the staff have adequate certificates.
Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks according to established recipes and standards.
Provide prompt and friendly customer service, engaging with guests to ensure a positive experience.
Educate customers on our menu offerings, including coffee origins, flavor profiles, and brewing methods.
Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, espresso machines, and other tools with precision and care.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, including brewing stations, condiment stations, and serving areas.
Restock inventory, monitor supply levels, and place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock of ingredients and supplies.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow during busy periods.

Job Requirements:

Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests.
Possesses basic math skills, can handle money accurately & efficiently, and operate a cash register.
Strong Attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Fully comply with the health code.
Food Handler Card certification training hours are provided (if needed).
Responsible Beverage Service license (if required).
1 year experience in customer service or food service role preferred.
Flexible/Adaptable schedule. Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
