The Opportunity

• Up to $100k sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
• Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine physicians.
• Current AZ state license is a plus.
• Visa Candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates wanting to work in an academic setting with current residents desired.
• Providers will be cross credentialed at Holy Cross Hospital, St. Joseph's Hospital, Carondelet Marana Hospital, and Carondelet St. Raphael's Emergency Center.

• The first and oldest hospital in continuous operation in all of Arizona (since Located on the west side of Tucson near downtown.
• 2024 ED volume averages 80-90 patients per day (underserved population) with a 20%25 admit rate, 7%25 critical care.
• STEMI Receiving Center, Primary Stroke Center, and Comprehensive Structural Heart Center.
• 24/7 in-house hospitalists and intensivists.
• Cerner EMR with Dragon dictation and Vituity scribe support.
• Regional EMS base hospital, Inpatient Geriatric Psych Unit, and Bariatric Center.
• Contracted hospital with Arizona Department of Corrections for inmates.
