    Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of careDeliver hands-on, patient centered treatment and educationMonitor progress and adjust care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes Qualifications: Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)

    Passion for evidence-based, patient centered careCompensation:
    $86,000-$105,000, Up to $15,000 in Sign on Bonus, and Weekly Bonus based on Patient Volume.
