Your tasks:

You will support the internal training coordinator in implementing a learning management system in plant operations
You will actively participate in the development of the employee qualification matrix for the areas of substations and secondary technology
You will assist in the development of qualification processes for employees in plant operations and in the coordination and execution of training throughout the year both internally and externally
You will maintain certificates and other documents and perform administrative tasks

Your profile:

You have a commercial education in the field of industrial management, office management, or a similar field
You are characterized by a high level of commitment, communication skills, initiative, and a friendly demeanor
You are proficient in MS Office, ELO experience with learning management systems is desirable
You have a positive attitude, are openminded, and enjoy working in a team
You have fluent German and English skills
