Job in Zurich:

Are you looking to share your knowledge and experience and support the management of nursing in diverse leadership tasks? Your responsibilities include leading approximately 25 employees both professionally and personally.

You ensure the nursing processes are carried out, coordinate and organize daily operations.

You are also responsible for conducting nursing assessments according to the Besa method and take the lead in implementing the Besa process and documenting it professionally in easyDok.

You accompany doctor visits and assist with daily nursing tasks.

Your qualifications include a degree as a registered nurse, professional experience in long-term care, and preferably experience in a similar leadership position or the willingness and potential to take on a leadership role.

You possess good organizational and communication skills, and your warmth and empathy set you apart.
