Your responsibilities as a team assistant
- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat and processing them
- Maintaining data in the system and recording customer contacts

- Contributing to the optimization of sales processes and customer retention
Qualifications for the team assistant position
- Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration
- Previous experience in sales, as an assistant, or in a general administrative role
- Proficient in using computer systems and interested in digital solutions
- Enjoy working in a team and taking on responsibility
- Structured work approach, independence, and strong communication skills
