Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP) - Defense
The Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP) is a three (3) year cohort program whose mission is to identify and accelerate the development of high potential, recent engineering college graduates for the responsibility of being future engineering leaders at BAE Systems.

Disciplines include, Electrical (EE), Computer Science (CS), Computer (CpE),Electrical/Computer (ECE), and Mechanical (ME).
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Engineering or Computer Science with a GPA > 3.0
- US Citizen
- Eligible for DOD Secret Clearance
- Capacity and motivation for hard work
- Desire to gain strong technical foundation
- Demonstrated teamwork and leadership abilities
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Internship experience in the engineering field
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range:
$ $101970
