ServiceNow Specialist


This is your new task

  • Your main responsibility is the development and configuration of workflows, processes, APIs, and reports in the ITIL environment in ServiceNow
  • You are the primary contact for our internal customers and service owners, including requirements engineering, and you work on solution architecture
  • You are jointly responsible for the administration and further development of ServiceNow
  • You take care of the maintenance and development of the service portal
  • Last but not least, your job profile includes participation in testing and quality management for the ServiceNow platform
