- Lead, instruct, and motivate participants in group cycling classes
- Teaches scheduled classes, beginning and ending on time
- Provides adequate warm-up, exercises, stretching, and cool down or teaches to a specific format
- Plans engaging lessons, ensures the proper use of bikes, and maintains the cleanliness of the workout space
- Leads exciting, challenging rhythm-based indoor classes
- Greets all participants prior to the class and tracks class attendance
- Is a role model and professional representative of the YMCA of Cass and Clay Counties
- Continues training and is educated in the health and fitness industry and keeps certifications up to date
- $14.69/hour
- Part-time employees begin accruing Sick Leave immediately upon hire and Paid Time Off (PTO) after one year of employment
- All employees receive a free YMCA membership
- At least 18 years old
- At least 3-6 months of Cycle Instructor experience
- Within 4 months of hire: Group Fitness Certification in a mode taught at the YMCA of Cass and Clay Counties
- CPR/FA Certification for Adult, Child, and Infant (training available)
