The NOCO marketing and communications team is seeking a marketing professional with a positive spirit and digital marketing experience to join the team in this exciting time, as we look to make an impact in the market and optimize our communications.

What You Will Do
Work closely with the Marketing Manager, company leadership, and sales teams to develop and execute strategies that effectively increase NOCO's digital presence.
Coordinate and implement day-to-day digital marketing activities.Establish KPIs to measure effectiveness of and improve all digital marketing activities.
Research digital channels, stay current on trends, and identify opportunities.
Assist with social media efforts (not including daily management).
Meet with the marketing team to layout the content strategy and calendar for the coming weeks, discuss topics, creative, targets, and timing.
Optimize and post a blog and incorporate it into an existing email campaign.Work with our graphic designer to effectively share content online.
Research competitors and organizations to see what hot topics they're covering on social media, blogs, and gated content.
Lead a project to launch career pages/listings for all websites.
Lead digital content marketing efforts from strategy and editorial calendar to ideating and coordinating blogs, articles, guides, E-Books, infographics, video scripts, white papers, etc.
Partner with the sales and delivery teams to create compelling ideas for content projects that can engage NOCO's target audience, grow online engagement, drive leads, and support company marketing plans.
Maintain and update websites on a daily basis and conduct regular audits.Maintain and coordinate vendor relationships such as website maintenance and development.
Lead projects pertaining to website development, integrations, strategy, etc. Assist with internal communications, including posting to the intranet.
Develop and oversee implementation of email marketing
Assist with marketing automation strategies and efforts relating to landing pages, A/B testing, email/drip campaigns.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Communications, or related field)
5 plus years of experience in a digital marketing-focused role
Experience managing projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to collaborate with multiple departments within the organization and respond to inquiries promptly.
Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively, time-management skills to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, and strong organization skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks demanding of immediate attention, and to juggle multiple, on-going, concurrent responsibilities
Organized, great attention to detail, accountability, and self-management skills
Ability to work at a fast pace and maintain results
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work autonomously balancing accuracy with timeliness
