    Director of Information Technology

    Job Overview: We are seeking a Director of Information Technology with experience in cloud computing and IT service delivery management. Qualified candidates need to have a passion for providing quality customer service. This role reports to the VP of IT Infrastructure and Operations.

    Responsibilities and Duties:
    • Lead and oversee the strategic direction of IT infrastructure with a focus on Azure and AWS cloud technologies.
    • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure efficient operations, security, and service delivery management.
    • Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure to meet the organization's objectives and budgetary constraints.
    • Collaborate with executive leadership to align IT initiatives with business goals and objectives.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to a global team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and quality customer service.
    • Evaluate emerging technologies and trends in cloud computing to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to IT and cloud security.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to support IT initiatives.
    Requirements/Qualifications:
    • Minimum 15 years of IT experience with 10+ years of IT team leadership experience.
    • Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field.
    • Strong organizational skills and experience managing complex IT projects and teams.
    • Process-oriented mindset with a proven track record of implementing and optimizing IT processes and workflows.
    • Demonstrated leadership and management skills, including experience leading global teams.
    • Ability to handle high pressure situations and prioritize multiple projects.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
    • Experience in coaching, mentoring and motivating service delivery staff to increase service, staff performance, and end-user satisfaction
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
    • Strong understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance principles.
    • Certifications in Azure and AWS are highly desirable.
    • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of cloud computing and IT service management.
    Salary Range: Based on experience.

    Status: Full-Time
