At our location in Pulsnitz, we are looking for customer advisors (m/f/d) for a long-term care insurance.
Your responsibilities as a customer advisor:
- Consulting customers on long-term care insurance
- Providing assistance and tips for submitting relevant claims
- Sending information flyers via email or mail
- Handling special requests from customers: recording and forwarding requests
- Maintaining and processing master data
Your profile as a customer advisor:
- Proficient in using computers and the internet
- Strong communication skills
- Good knowledge of German, both written and spoken
- High level of customer service and willingness to work shifts
