Description
We are currently seeking a space planner (m/f/d) in the financial services industry for our location in Topsail Beach, NC.
Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of procurement law (especially VOB / HOAI)
- Excellent IT skills (MS Office / CAD)
- Strong design, communication, and conceptual skills
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions, high motivation, and persuasive abilities
- Interest in continuous education
- Willingness to travel
Responsibilities:
- Creation of space and location analyses
- Preparation and execution of projects
- Development and management of integrated planning processes
- Point of contact for clients
- Coordination of planning drafts with investors, specialist engineers, and municipalities
- Design planning
