Our client, a growing real estate investment firm specializing in private lending through the origination of short-term real estate loans, is seeking a highly organized and process-oriented Director of Operations to elevatetheir team and contribute to the Company's rapid growth.
As a strategic partner, you will work with various internal teams to ensure operational compliance is followed while fostering a culture of excellence.
This is a pivotal role at the heart of the company, responsible for leading day-to-day business operations such as front and back-end loan processing, investor relations, team development, and monthly reporting.
As the chief executive's right hand, you're self-motivated, detail-oriented, and an outspoken leader who will support and execute the company's strategic vision.

Day-to-day as Director of Operations:
Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity between the sales team and supporting functions.
Oversee back-end loan processes such as servicing, sell-off, draws, and document retention.
Establish and support a team culture that contributes to and strengthens the company's values.
Manage all team development:
Recruitment, onboarding, quarterly performance reviews, and terminations.
Oversee all investor relations:
Initial procuring of investor documents, onboarding, and maintaining updated and accurate account information.
Coordinate with fund accounting to ensure accurate and timely monthly reporting.
Manage company calendar of meetings and events. Partner with the investors' team to plan and execute successful events, including venue, food selection, and guest attendance.
Manage all payments on the company's behalf, including event fees, investor deposits, and outgoing investor payments, ensuring costs incurred are within the designated company budget.
Manage and coordinate loyalty and gifting programs for investors.Act as admin of the company's loan origination system, granting system access, providing training, and troubleshooting as necessary.
Form, maintain, and strengthen relationships with the company's key partners at the local level, including appraisers, title/escrow, and insurance partners.
What You Bring as Director of Operations:5+ years' proven experience working as an operations leader within private lending or financial services.
A strong track record of developing and executing strategic organizational initiatives with a high degree of process orientation and systematic structure, plus a commitment to efficiency, accuracy, and consistency.
Impeccable communication, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skillsHigh emotional intelligence and inclusive leadership abilities, focused on the continuous development of team members as well as the company's greatest good.
A meaningful history of involvement in community-based projects, volunteer organizations, or charitable causes, showcasing a genuine dedication to making a positive impact.
Familiarity with jargon related to contracts and legal paperwork, with a high comfort level when editing and making necessary adjustments.
Proficiency with the full MS Office Suite, software systems, and modern office methods and procedures.Willingness and ability to work on-site in Bellevue, WA on a hybrid work schedule.
Compensation:
$130k - $160k DOE | Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO
