Participates in daily activitiesrelating to cost and accounting functions that are necessaryfor a positive financial outcome.Explore your tasks and responsibilitiesProvides financial analysis, budgeting and reporting forthe project, including the preparation of monthly reportsReviews monthly subcontractor payments and owner billingsand participates in the creation and tracking of changeordersPrepares cost, time and labor estimates, equipment andmaterial projections, and productivity trend reporting.
Provides analysis on key operations to accurately forecastthese costs to determine expected financial outcomeAssists with tracking project contingenciesParticipates in the creation of the payment applicationsand understands its connection with the job cost report and keyindicatorsAudits project billings against Oracle, Prolog and billingsto the ownerParticipates in Project Reviews with the Project Managerand Project teamOther duties as assigned Show your expertiseHigh School Diploma or GED requiredBachelor's degree in Accounting, Engineering or relatedfield preferredCertified Cost Consultant (CCC) preferredCertified Cost Engineer (CCE) preferredProgram Management Certification (PgMP) preferred5+ years of experienceDemonstrated experience in deployment of a work breakdownstructure for use in cost engineering for EPCC projectsExperience on Engineering, Procurement, Construction,Commissioning (EPCC) projects is requiredExperience on EPCC projects over $100M is highlydesirableDemonstrated high degree of foresight and mature judgmentin anticipating and solving project cost abnormalitiesExperience with Prolog and Oracle EPM financialsystemsProven track record of hands on experience in project costcontrols with acumen to support project execution and corporaterequirementsAbility to analyze, communicate, recommend, implement andreport cost information to various audiences includingsubcontractors, project staff, corporate leadership, andproject controls functional leadershipStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExceptional organization and coordination skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft products (e.g.
